Joti Mukande

Joti Mukande is a Navy veteran in recovery from substance use disorder. Throughout the week, she is leading national nonprofit Recovery Organization Resources (ROR). ROR provides valuable education and resources to all folx looking for recovery support services.

Joti Mukande has loved Kundalini mantras for years. After recovering from an ACL injury and unable to perform activities of other yoga practices, she was introduced to Kundalini Yoga.

Unable to walk due to her injury and experienced kundalini energy, pulsing up her spine when practicing. From that day on, she has fallen in love with her daily practice and utilizes her sadhana as an anchor to an everchanging life.
